FRONT END DEVELOPER (MOBILE & WEB)
We are looking for a front end developer to join our team of highly competent software engineers, both front and backend. The selected candidate will work with the development team on our seed-to-sale digital platform, DDFN. He/she will be highly motivated, with a growth mindset, who believes in continuous learning for self and team, unafraid to jump into the trenches to get things done. He/she would be undertaking tasks designated to them and completing them in a timely manner. Fefifo recognises high performing individuals and rewards them with internal progression where appropriate.
Responsibilities
Manage the new code base for the product for mobile.
Collaborate with other teams within the company, including but not limited to - the Product, UX, Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, and Business teams.
Ability to follow set timelines to ensure smooth delivery.
Report designated task’s progress (and roadblocks) to Senior Developer.
Requirements
Min. 2+ years of experience in the IT industry.
Self-motivated, driven, and results oriented.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
BSc or master's degree.
Skills & Experience
Software company experience.
Experience with specific development environment tools:
o Git
o Docker
Experience with design tools:
o Figma
Specific programming knowledge:
o Flutter (1 year+ experience)
o JavaScript
o Svelte or SvelteKit
o Good understanding of integration with REST API
(Preferred) Knowledge of NodeJS and MySQL.
(Preferred) Understanding of Arduino (Arduino C/C++) for IoT and understanding of IoT Protocols such as MQTT.
Personal characteristics: Good work ethic, team player, passionate about technology.
